I have been to Black River falls about 5-6 times, and I never get tired of going back. It is one of my favorite places to ride. The trails are mostly sandy, and range from wide open to the twisty stuff. The trails are double wide, and very scenic. Last time I was there a lot of the trail was whooped out. The was the first time it has been like that over the 4 years I have been riding there. Hopefully they fixed it by now. But there are a couple nice campgrounds and hotels right on the trailheads, with gas stations nearby. There is enough trails to keep you going the whole day. From the morning to night you won't cross the same trail twice. It is also connected to the Clark county trails, if you are going for longer weekends. The only thing is that on weekends it can get pretty crazy. We like to go on weekdays when there isn't as many people going extremely fast. Overall, if you can, you should definatly try to go to Black River falls, you won't be dissapointed.

I have been to BRF's several times. Probably over half a dozen times. I drive over 3 hours from IL to go there because it is a great place to ride. Most times when I go, it is a bit rough but if it has recently been groomed, the trail is great. NO speed limit, plenty of mud and water during the spring, sometimes too much dust if there hasn't been any rain. I like to camp but their are hotels right there in Black River Falls and you can always drive up to a gas pump and fill up when needed. I highly recommend this ATV place! I also think there is over 150 miles of trails up there now.

Black River Falls is an awesome place to ride... Nice trail system places to stop and get some refreshments and beautiful country. You can take the trails as fast or slow as you want and there are plenty of them. It is by far one of the best places that I have ever riden.

Yeah my wife and I went up last Fall, got a cabin for the weekend and really enjoyed the trails and scenery there. Hands down the best place I've rode yet and looking forward to going back!

There have always been whoops out there, but i have never seen the place as "whooped out" as it was Memorial Day weekend. My elbows and shoulders hurt so bad from the many miles of whooped trails. You could not open your machine up for fear of the next whoop popping up, and the whoops get old mile after mile. Clark County was a little better, at least we welcomed the massive mudholes as a nice break from the constant beating we were taking.
